Target Breach Settlement

Consumers who shopped at Target from November 27 through December 18, 2013 or received notice that their personal information was compromised, may be eligible for money from a Data Breach Settlement.

The Claim submission deadline of July 31, 2015 has passed.
No additional Claims are being accepted.

UPDATE:  

On November 17, 2015, the Court granted Plaintiffs’ Motion for Approval of Settlement.   In December 2015, four individuals appealed the Court’s Final Approval of the Settlement to the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.  While Class Counsel believes the objections to be meritless, because these individuals are objecting to the Settlement, no payments can be made until these appeals are resolved.   At this time, we do not yet know how long it will take for the Court to decide these appeals and that will need to happen before we can begin paying any claims.   The delay is out of our control so please be patient and refer to the website for further updates.
